Annual General Meeting
In accordance with the club constitution, an Annual General Meeting is held each year, normally in March. One vote is given to a member of the age of 16 years, or one vote per swimmer to a parent of a swimmer under the age of 16 years (the total number of votes by parents can not exceed the number of swimmers, for example two parents with three children in the club under 16 years old have three votes). Each committee member also has one vote.
